Thank you for shopping at Coolversehub!
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded — sale items cannot be refunded.
How to request a refund
Contact us at coolversehub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by email.
Shipping costs
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing your refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, back to your original method of payment.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us at coolversehub@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
